No two actors are alike. What works for one actor, doesn't connect with another. As a coach, Michael Kaplan will to start by learning about you and your process (even if you don't have one yet). He will then tailor his coaching to help you define and perfect your personal acting process.

Acting Technique
These lessons focus on skill building for when you don't have an upcoming audition to work on.

Audition Binder Rep Coaching
In my 1-On-1 Rep Coaching sessions, I get to know you as a performer and the material that you like to work on. I will then provide you with material that will highlight your strengths and showcase your unique energy and point of view as a performer. I offer 3 types of Rep Sessions:
Song
Within 48 hours after our session, you will receive a personal YouTube playlist with at least 5 songs that fit your voice and performance style in a variety of types. (Contemporary Uptempo/Ballad, Classic Uptempo/Ballad, Pop/Rock, Comedic, Sondheim, etc.)
*1 Hour Sessions receive 3+ extra songs
Monologue
Within 48 hours after our session, you will receive a link to a personal Google Drive with a least 4 monologues that fit your performance style in a variety of types. (Contemporary Dramatic/Comedic, Classic Dramatic/Comedic, Shakespeare, etc.)
*1 Hour Sessions receive 2+ extra monologues
Song & Monologue
Within 48 hours after our session, you will receive both a YouTube Playlist and a Google Drive Folder with at least 3 songs and 2 monologues.
